Michael Attea serves as a data and business intelligence analyst with Cendyn in Boca Raton, Florida. He joined the company in 2012 after earning a BA from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from The University of Alabama. Michael Attea remains connected to both institutions as a supporter of the schools’ football teams.The University of Notre Dame football team will enter the 2018 season with over two dozen new players on the roster. Along with the rest of college football, Notre Dame welcomed its new group of young talent in early February as part of National Signing Day. The Fighting Irish’s 2018 recruiting class comprises 27 players from across the country. Standouts include Under Armour All-Americans DJ Brown, Houston Griffith, and Jack Lamb.Notre Dame Coach Brian Kelly is now working to prepare the new recruits, as well as the rest of the team, for the 2018 season, which will begin with a home game against the University of Michigan on September 1. Other highlights of the season will include nationally televised games against Vanderbilt, Stanford, Pittsburgh, and Florida State.

Prior to earning his MBA from the Manderson Graduate School of Business at the University of Alabama, Michael Attea completed a bachelor's degree at the University of Notre Dame. He continues to support Notre Dame by following its athletic teams. For the past two seasons, the Notre Dame Fighting Irish football team has been led at quarterback by DeShone Kizer. During those two seasons, Kizer recorded a combined 47 touchdowns while throwing for 5,805 yards on 422 pass completions. That performance earned him the attention of National Football League (NFL) teams, particularly the Cleveland Browns, which selected him 52nd overall in the 2017 NFL Draft.Prior to the draft, Kizer defined his skill set as a mix of Tom Brady and Cam Newton, arguably two of the league's best quarterbacks. Although the accuracy of that claim remains to be seen, he won the Browns' starting quarterback position out of training camp. In the first start of his professional career, Kizer completed 20 of his 30 pass attempts for 222 yards and recorded one touchdown and one interception. He also rushed the ball for 17 yards and another touchdown.
